  • We will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment for products that are returned with the invoice. Refunds of online orders would take 14 working days.

  • The return period will be 14 days upon delivery of goods.
  • You don’t have to provide your receipt(s) but your order no. or phone no. for registration instead. Our staff will then be able to check your purchase history.
